Five days of method.
One week in the Caribbean.

Intensive training Monday to Friday with the M3 Method, in groups of three players per court. Mornings on court. Afternoons in Punta Cana.

  • Five days, Monday to Friday
  • All amateur levels, groups of three per court
  • Accommodation not included: we'll point you to the right options
The transformation

You arrive with one game.
You leave with another.

01

A game with structure

You stop improvising. Every shot has a setup, a decision and a finish, and every point has an intent you understand before you play it.

02

Progress you can see

Video analysis on two days of the week. What changes in your technique is recorded, explained and on your phone to keep working on back home.

03

A professional environment

You train inside the structure that shaped players with 260+ professional titles, alongside players from around the world who came for the same reason you did.

The method

From players who've done it

I flew in from Miami convinced my backhand was a strength problem. On day two, watching my video with the coach, I understood it was timing. I went home and my regular partner asked what I'd done. That.

Daniela · Miami

I've played in New York three times a week for years and nobody had ever fixed my exit off the back wall. Here they did it on day one, with reasons. Training three to a court is a different thing: there's nowhere to hide.

Mark · New York

I came for the sun and left with a method. Five days with the same coach, a written plan and matches where you actually apply what you've worked on. What surprised me most: how well they knew my game by day three.

Frequently asked

What people ask before they come

What level do I need?
The Padel Week is for amateur players of any level. What matters isn't your level but that you train with players at your level, and that part is on us.
How do you know my level?
Before you arrive we ask for a ten-minute video of you playing points or doing a parallel control drill. That's how we build the groups.
Is it group training?
Yes, in groups of three players per court, four only in rare cases, the M3 way. If you want one-on-one work, add private lessons in the afternoon.
When does each day start and end?
We start at 9:00 and finish at 16:00, except Friday, when we wrap up at midday with the final report. Afternoons are free; optional private lessons run from 16:30 to 17:30.
Is accommodation included?
No. We recommend options near the club and help you plan your arrival. When we have hotel partnerships, you'll see them here.
How do I get there from the airport?
Punta Cana airport is 15 minutes from the club. A taxi or private transfer is simplest; we send you the options when you confirm.
Can I change my dates?
Yes, with two weeks' notice. The full change and cancellation conditions come with the program we send you.
Can I play matches outside training?
Yes. The club has courts available in the afternoon and we help you find a match with players at your level.
What do I need to bring?
Your racket, hot-weather sportswear and padel shoes. We take care of the rest.
Is it the same program as Madrid?
Yes. Same method, same week structure, same assessment. The difference is that here it's sunny in February.
