Cancellation policy

This policy applies to M3 Punta Cana experiences and programs once confirmed. Each program's specific conditions are sent with the proposal and take precedence over this summary.

Experiences can be moved to another date with at least two weeks' notice, subject to availability. Changes are not possible with less than two weeks' notice.

Once an experience is confirmed, amounts paid are non-refundable. As an alternative, dates can be changed with at least two weeks' notice.

If a program doesn't reach its minimum group or can't take place due to force majeure, we offer a date change or a full refund of any amount paid.
